Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions: Shipping, Payments, and Products | Inlakesh
A. About the Products (The Heart of the Business)
What are your main products? Our main products are tools and expressions of ancestral wisdom. They fall into a few main categories: Authentic Indigenous Art (beaded necklaces, bracelets, rings, and headbands), Forest Wisdom (a curated selection of sacred Rapé, herbs, seeds, and ashes), products for Aromatherapy and Wellness (essential and vegetable oils, natural incense), and Functional Mushrooms (in extracts and tinctures).
-
What materials are they made from? The soul of our products lies in the raw materials. Our bio-jewelry is woven with high-quality glass beads and durable threads. The Rapé are made with organic tobacco, ashes from sacred trees, and medicinal herbs, following the traditional recipes of each ethnic group. Our oils and incense are 100% natural, extracted directly from plants, resins, and woods, without synthetic additives.
-
What makes them unique? Our main differential is authenticity and direct connection to the origin. All our indigenous art pieces are handmade, one by one, by artisans from the ethnic groups with whom we partner. It is not mass production; each item carries the energy, intention, and history of its creator. The curation of forest wisdom is done with deep respect, seeking producers who honor ancestral practices.
-
How is authenticity guaranteed? Authenticity is our pillar. It is guaranteed through our partnership and trust relationship directly with the artisans and producing communities. We know the origin of each piece and each medicine. For art, the very complexity and uniqueness of the graphic designs are a cultural signature of the ethnic group that produced it, something that cannot be replicated industrially.
-
Can the products cause allergies? Our beaded bio-jewelry is made with polyamide thread and glass beads, which are generally hypoallergenic. However, people with very sensitive skin should always be careful. Essential oils, being very concentrated, should be diluted in a vegetable oil before applying to the skin to avoid any irritation.
B. Product Care and Use (After-Sales and Value)
-
Do your products require any special care? Yes. As they are handcrafted and natural pieces, some care ensures their longevity.
-
Beaded Art: Avoid contact with water (especially sea and pool), excessive sweat, and chemical products like perfumes and creams, which can damage the threads. Store them in a dry place without direct exposure to the sun.
-
Rapé and Herbs: Always keep them tightly sealed in their containers, in a cool, dry, and dark place, to preserve their potency and aroma.
-
Essential Oils: Keep them in their amber glass bottles, away from light and heat.
-
-
Can they get wet? Can they be used in the sea or pool? No. We strongly recommend that indigenous art pieces (necklaces, bracelets, etc.) not get wet. Water, chlorine, and salt can weaken the threads and fade the colors of the beads over time.
-
Is there any recommendation for "first use" or "activation" for the products? Yes, we believe in the power of intention. Upon receiving your amulet (a beaded piece, a rapé, or a crystal), we recommend that you take a moment to connect with it. Hold it in your hands, breathe deeply, and set a clear intention for its use, whether for protection, healing, focus, or connection. This simple act "activates" the piece with your personal energy.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, such as pieces broken by drops, threads snapped by excessive force, or damage from contact with water and chemicals.
-
How does the exchange or return process work for remorse? According to the Consumer Defense Code, you have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to regret the purchase and request a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use. In this case of remorse, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. After receiving and checking the product, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

If you identify a manufacturing defect within the 90-day period, please contact us immediately via our email or WhatsApp, sending photos and the order number.
